Sea Freight from Guangdong to Vietnam

We load from Shenzhen and Nansha, which keeps transit to Vietnamese ports among the shortest of any destination we serve. Typical sea freight is 7 to 15 days to Ho Chi Minh City or Hai Phong, quoted separately by port. Production runs 15 to 25 days after order confirmation and deposit, so the realistic total from purchase order to arrival is roughly five to six weeks if samples are already approved — and longer for a first order that still needs adhesion testing on your substrate. ACFTA FORM E and Vietnam Import Duty

Vietnam is an ASEAN–China Free Trade Area participant, and adhesives and sealants frequently clear at 0% under ACFTA — but only when the destination tariff schedule grants the preferential rate to the exact HS code of the goods. FORM E is the certificate of origin that supports the claim, and it is issued by an authorised body in China, typically a CCPIT branch or the customs authority.

Why Tropical Conditions Change the Specification

In tropical regions where humidity exceeds 85% and ambient temperatures sit between 32°C and 38°C, neutral cure formulations hold adhesion far more reliably than acetoxy systems. Acetoxy sealants release acetic acid during cure, which is corrosive to the metal substrates common in curtain wall and window fabrication and can attack the bond line in permanently damp service.

For most Vietnamese facade and window work we quote neutral cure — PR-999, PR-333 or PR-666. Acetoxy grades remain the right choice for glass-on-glass bonding and mirror work where the acetic release is harmless. Factory and Quality Control

The plant runs eight automated filling lines across 20,000 m², with an in-house laboratory on site. Every production batch is tested against five parameters before release:
