OEM Silicone Sealant and Private Label Programmes
Roughly half of what leaves our plant carries someone else's brand. This is what that looks like in practice.
OEM Silicone Sealant Under Your Own Name
You choose the models, we produce and label them under your brand. Cartridge artwork, colour matching, the language on the label and the barcode are all handled in-house, so you are not coordinating a factory and a separate printer. OEM starts from 1,000 pcs per model.
Private Label Sealants and Adhesives
Private label sealants are the same programme applied to a narrower range, and the same applies to private label adhesives — silicone adhesive grades that sit alongside your sealant line in the catalogue. We produce both, so a private label range can cover sealant and adhesive without a second supplier.
What Stays Ours, What Stays Yours
Your brand, your artwork and your customer relationships stay yours. The formulation, batch records, Certificate of Analysis and retained samples stay ours, and we do not sell the same private label formulation to another buyer in your market under a competing label.
How a Private Label Order Starts
Send us the substrate, the market and the models you want. We run a free adhesion and staining test on your own sample, then quote. Lead time is typically 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval, and mixed-model trial orders start from 3,000 pcs in total.
