FAQs — PR-304
What is PR-304 used for?
Stainless steel kitchen sink sealing, stainless steel sanitary ware, metal countertop and backsplash joints, and stainless steel decoration and fixtures.
Why does stainless steel need a special sealant?
PR-304 uses a non-corrosive formula. Acid cure sealants release acetic acid while curing, which can corrode stainless steel surfaces and leave marks that are difficult to remove.
Is it suitable for continuous water immersion?
No. It handles normal kitchen and sanitary splashing but is not intended for permanently submerged joints.
Can it be used on other metals as well?
It is formulated for stainless steel but generally adheres to other clean metal surfaces. Confirm adhesion on the actual substrate and finish before full application — this model does not currently have a published test report.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Standard OEM and private label MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model, with mixed-model trial orders from 3,000 pcs total and stock items from 500 pcs. Typical lead time is 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval.
