FAQs — PR-333
What is PR-333 used for?
Door and window fabrication and installation, glass and aluminium joint sealing, stainless steel and metal panel joints, and general construction sealing.
How much movement can PR-333 accommodate?
Elastic recovery is 92%, with a 0.7 MPa tensile modulus and 0 mm sag on both vertical and horizontal joints. That combination lets the joint move with the frame and return to shape instead of creeping open.
What standard does PR-333 meet?
JC/T 485-2007 (window and door elastic sealant, classification SR 3 MG AK). Test report 2025ME158 is available on request.
Can it be used as a structural sealant?
No. PR-333 is a weatherseal product for frame and glazing joints. For structural bonding where the sealant carries wind load, use PR-999 to GB 16776-2025.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Standard OEM and private label MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model, with mixed-model trial orders from 3,000 pcs total and stock items from 500 pcs. Typical lead time is 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval.
