What is PR-8800 used for?
Window and door fabrication lines, aluminium profile and glass assembly, shop-front and partition installation, and any fast-paced glazing production where units are packed the same shift.
How fast does PR-8800 cure?
Tack-free in 0.8 hours — the fastest in our range. That means fabricated units can be lifted, stacked and packed the same shift without smearing the bead.
Can PR-8800 be used for structural bonding?
No. It is a weatherseal product for frame and glazing joints. For load-bearing structural bonding use a structural grade such as PR-999 to GB 16776-2025.
What standard does PR-8800 meet?
JC/T 485-2007 (window and door elastic sealant, classification SR 3 MG AK). Test report 2025MK115 is available on request.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Standard OEM and private label MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model, with mixed-model trial orders from 3,000 pcs total and stock items from 500 pcs. Typical lead time is 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval.
