Where PR-520 Is Used
Elevator & Escalator
Silicone sealant for elevator shaft, cabin cladding and escalator truss joints — fire-rated options for shaft penetrations.
Curtain Wall & Facade
Structural and weatherseal silicone for unitized and stick-system curtain walls, tested to GB 16776 and ASTM C920.
Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)
Silicone sealant for aluminium composite panel cladding — bonds and seals ACP panels without attacking the PE or FR core.

FAQs — PR-520
What is PR-520 used for?
Curtain wall and unitised facade joints, aluminium composite panel and metal cladding, exterior expansion and movement joints, and high-rise building perimeter sealing. It is a weatherseal and movement joint product, not a structural adhesive.
Can PR-520 be used for structural bonding?
No. It is specified for weathersealing and movement joints. Where the sealant has to carry wind load into the frame, use a structural grade such as PR-999 to GB 16776-2025.
What standard does PR-520 meet?
GB/T 14683-2017, with a classification of SR-I-F-25HM. Test report 2024ME302 is available on request.
Why does the extrusion rate matter?
PR-520 extrudes at 543 mL/min, the highest rate in our range. On a high-rise facade where the applicator is working at height, output per cartridge translates directly into labour cost.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Standard OEM and private label MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model, with mixed-model trial orders from 3,000 pcs total and stock items from 500 pcs. Typical lead time is 15–25 days after artwork and sample approval.
